PLUMBER VISIT  (see BOX #31)          CAN’T SLEEP; spring 2004; a broken digital clock with gold paint pen marks and tape with ink, a broken nightlight, 2 flipbooks made of 3×5 inch cards with all the times from a 24-hour period from a digital clock that when read upside down or backward read as a word typed and bound with whipping twine, a post-it note with ink and tape; each flipbook is 3x5x.75 inches…you plug in the broken digital clock that only flashes “12:00” and you plug in the nightlight that doesn’t light at all and you flip thru the 2 flipbooks that have all the digital times from a 24hr day that if you see them upside down spell a word like for example 3:17 spells LIE…and eventually you fall asleep          OH CANDY OH CANDY OH  (see BOX #39)          95 WRAPPERS; fri12:45:11pm29jun2012; 95 wrappers, traces of peppermint patties (York & Pearson’s), held just under 2 lbs. of the candy, masking tape; 1 3/4″x1 3/4″x5/8″.          6 OF 6 ALL COMBINED & MIXED THEN DIVIDED INTO 27 EQUAL PARTS THEN 1/2 OF EACH POURED INTO EACH OF THE CURRENT TOTAL 54 BOXES; wed06:15:30pm11jul2012; plastic, paper, ink, traces of tempera paint.          STACKED BABY STACKED; Spring 2003; 4 pieces stacked are 14 1/2″x 13 1/2″x 11 1/4″. Top piece is a black paperboard box marked “fragile” with small yellow post-it stating “find xerox copy of bathroom installation (8 1/2″x 11″)” attached, inside are 2 plastic bags containing a styrofoam coffee cup (used by a famous artist and then purposely left in my studio), coffee residue, sugar, paper sugar packet, plastic lid, wooden stirrer; it is 4″x 8 5/8″x 7 3/4″. Second from the top is a white cotton towel folded in twelfths; it is 2 1/2″x 11 3/4″x 9″ (24″x 46″ unfolded). Third from top piece is a booklet with 1 – 3″x 5″ blank index card and 11 sheets of paper, 8 1/2″x 11″ each, held together by a smallish metal clip; described inside are “Conrad’s Cup”, “26 periodicals”, and “52 nearly consecutive copies of Sacramento News & Review”. The bottom piece is a bundle of 52 nearly consecutive copies of Sacramento News & Review, bound with masking tape, string, black upholstery thread, and is 8″x 13 1/2″x 11 1/4″. Unstacked STACKED BABY STACKED varies in size. 8 1/2″x 11″ photocopy of gallery bathroom installation recovered and added to banana box MON 2:17:31 p.m. 12 NOV 2007.
